Jigs & Swigs™ is an Irish dance-inspired cardio fitness class open to anybody and everybody (21+)! Take part in a fun workout + reward yourself after with a craft beer!
- No dance experience required. J+S™ is a fun and challenging workout for non-dancers and dancers alike!
- Bring a water bottle!
- Wear clothes that are easy to move in and tennis shoes!
