J+S® Instructor Training Program

Jump into the world of Irish dance fitness! The J+S® Instructor Training Program will teach you the ins and outs of the Jigs & Swigs® workout, from warm-up to cool-down! All class content for our Irish Dance Workout® program embodies our three pillars for success: inclusivity, accessibility and community. This comprehensive program will guide you through J+S® class content, divided into several detailed modules which include videos, short quizzes and other interactive activities in order to educate you in the J+S® workout format and brand standards. You have 30 days to complete your training! It should take you approximately one full day to complete, but you are welcome also to break it up into shorter segments. Once you graduate from the the training program, you will be eligible to present your own Jigs & Swigs® classes by joining the Taproom, a monthly membership ($25/mo) which grants you a class presentation license, website hosting, the comprehensive Jigs & Swigs® brand kit and access to the instructor network.
